Our team is composed of financial experts, lawyers, and accountants as well as international consultants. The team is led by Mr. Khalid AlAamry, his background in finance with experience in both the real estate market and food and beverage industry within Saudi Arabia.

Our portfolio consists of both traditional as well as alternative investment spanning several sectors such as healthcare, telecommunications, with a focus on real estate and most recently food and beverage within the region. Our leading projects include, the bay beach resorts at Viceroy Hotels and resorts at the Jumeirah Palm in Dubai, the Bilad Hotel and Apartments as well as various residential real estate Makkah, Riyadh, Dubai and central London.

Our diversified portfolio includes co-investments in healthcare, especially with the International Medical Center in Jeddah and an innovative range of cafés including our liquid nitrogen ice cream coffee shop in Riyadh.
